Since 2019, I have advised 400+ leaders and delivered 1,900+ hours of executive coaching and leadership development. Through bespoke coaching and training programmes tailored to the needs of each individual leader, I facilitate sustainable development processes that have a tangible impact on everyday professional life. My approach helps leaders gain clarity and strengthen their sense of responsibility. Effective and authentic leadership contributes to organisational development at all levels.
My work is firmly rooted in an international and multicultural context. Having been raised in French-speaking Switzerland, I speak Spanish as my mother tongue. I studied International Relations in Geneva and worked in Paris and Brussels for several years before settling in Vienna. I have worked in international development cooperation for twelve years, collaborating with over 50 institutions in more than 20 countries across Latin America, Africa, Central Asia, the Middle East and Europe. During this time, I developed in-depth expertise in leadership, collaboration, conflict dynamics and change processes in complex environments.
A key focus of my work is supporting women in leadership positions who wish to increase their impact and advance their careers.
I collaborate with excellent coaching and training firms in Austria, Germany and the United Kingdom, and can easily integrate additional expertise when required.
