Increase the impact of your team
With tailored workshops
Learn together.
Strengthen cohesion in your company.
Taking on a leadership role in an organisation means leading people and teams in a way that focuses on the company's goals, creating the best possible conditions for cooperation.
In order to fulfil this responsibility, your managers need a development architecture that combines learning, reflection and implementation systematically.
That is why I provide a balanced, coordinated sequence of workshops, peer case consultations and individual coaching.
Workshops strengthen your managers in two ways. Firstly, outside of day-to-day operations, they benefit from the opportunity to reflect on their working methods. Secondly, they benefit from content-related skills and the experience of working together in groups of up to 18 people on specific topics.
Peer case consultation takes place in groups of up to six people. Here, the content learned is linked to the challenges of everyday operations. Participants bring concrete examples, which are then worked on in the group with guidance. Solutions are developed collectively. Everyone benefits from the experiences of others.
Individual coaching enables confidential discussion of personal issues that influence one's leadership role, which can then be resolved through personal development.
All three formats are based on a proven combination of:
Input sequences
- Theory
- Scientific foundations
- Real life examples
Self-experience
- Individual, pair and group exercises
- Reflection sequences in the plenum
- If applicable, recognized test procedures
Transfer into everyday life
- Specifying own goals
- Support to deepen the workshop content "from tomorrow".
