Mediation

- you do not wish to go to court or continue legal proceedings, but instead want to define your own outcome and develop an individual solution.
The parties consist of
- at least two individuals who are in conflict with one another
- are legally and practically capable of engaging in negotiations.
- They have the intention to resolve the conflict through dialogue
- freely choose their mediator(s).
- They participate in mediation on a voluntary basis.
- develop, with my support, a mutually agreed solution for which they themselves take responsibility.
As a mediator
- I foster communication between the parties using recognized and proven methods.
- I guide the mediation process in a systematic and structured manner toward a solution that is jointly developed and fully owned by the parties themselves.
- I am responsible for the framework and the proper conduct of the mediation, including ensuring fairness throughout the process.
I act in an all-party, neutral, and facilitative manner and am bound by strict confidentiality. As a professionally trained facilitator, I am officially registered as a mediator with the Federal Ministry of Justice.
Through my many years of international experience, I am able to integrate multicultural perspectives into the mediation process.
