I am a business coach and mediator because people' development has been the main focus of my professional life. 
I have often observed that people overcome many hurdles when they discover their resources and solve conflicts.
That is what empowerment means to me and this what I aim at achieving through coaching, workshops and mediation.

As a coach, I support managers in their development with the aim of strengthening their personality and leadership skills. I wish them to develop their potential, and this way experience their work as fulfilling and thus lead their teams even more successfully.
I also support them in their career decisions: promotion, reorientation, coming back and outplacement..

Languages

I grew up in French-speaking Switzerland and my mother tongue is Spanish. I have been living in Vienna for almost 20 years and offer my services in, English, German, French and Spanish.

Professional background

My profile is international and diverse:

Between 2005 and 2017, I worked in the field of international development work with over 50 institutions of various sizes (3 to 2,700 employees:inside) from 20 countries in Europe, Latin America, Africa, Central Asia and the Middle East. It was about:

  • Organizational and personnel development

Institutional consulting, strategy development, employee training, individual coaching of managers, knowledge management and know-how transfer.

  • Project management

Development of strategic partnerships and networking; conception, fundraising, implementation, support, budget monitoring, reporting and evaluation.

Prior to this, I worked for three years in adult education and event management.

Methods

Depending on the situations, I combine a variety of tried and tested coaching methods and approaches such as
- Coaching questions (observation questions, hypothetical questions, paradoxical questions, perspective questions, questions about resources, scaling questions, systemic questions, aggravation questions, miracle questions, circular questions, etc.).
- Person-centered therapy (Carl Rogers)
- Logotherapeutic coaching approaches (Viktor Frankl)
- The MORE skills analysis
- Provocative coaching (Frank Farrelly)
- Transactional analysis (Eric Berne)
- The Work (Byron Katie)
As well as the evaluation of various personality tests (MBTI, CTI, Gallup, IMDE Talent Developer, etc.).

Method development

I developed the MORE skills analysis on the basis of the work of Prof. Triebel (Kompetenzenbilanz). With the MORE skills analysis, people identify their individual strengths and motivation triggers. This increases their energy and productivity. The results enable competence-oriented personnel deployment to increase performance in the company and support repositioning.

  • Short training courses on coaching methods: talent development (IESE Munich), competence analysis (Performplus), personnel management, leadership, etc.


*In Austria, coaching is an activity regulated by the Trade, Commerce and Industry Regulation Act (Gewerbeordnung), which governs the independent exercise of a profession. Coaching is subject to both the Unternehmensberatung Gewerbe (the granting of which depends on the qualifications acquired to date) and the Lebens- und Sozialberatung Gwerbe (the granting of which requires specific and regulated formation: theory of counseling (480 hours), professional activity (700 hours) and individual and group self-experience (200 hours).

I have over 1,300 hours of experience in business coaching (November 2023)

Mediation
Training (theory and practice: 362 hours) and registration with the Austrian Federal Ministry of Justice according to ZivMediatG.
